The Management of the University of
Benin has released details for the
collection and retrieval of Academic
Gowns for the 2015/2016 convocation ceremony as scheduled below.

Monday 21st November 2016
8:00AM-5:00PM:
Collection of Gowns by graduands of
Faculties of Agriculture, Arts,
Engineering, School of Basic Medical
Sciences, School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, Institute of Child Health,
Physical Sciences.

Tuesday 22nd November 2016
8:00AM-5:00pm:
Collection of Gowns by graduands of
Faculties of law, Life Sciences,
Management Sciences and Social
Sciences.

Wednesday 23rd November 2016
8:00AM-5:00pm:
Collection of Gowns by graduands of
Faculties of Education, Environmental
Sciences, Institute of Public
Administration & Extension services.

Thursday 24th November 2016
7:30AM-9:30AM:
Collection of Gowns by remaining
graduands from all Faculties.

Thursday 24th to Friday 25th November
2016 8:00AM-5:00pm:
Collection of Academic outfits by post-graduate Diplomas, Masters and Doctorate Degrees graduands.
Retrieval of Gowns from all categories of first degree and diploma graduands.

Saturday 26th November 2016
7:30AM-10:00AM:
Collection of Academic outfits by post-graduate Diplomas, Masters

8:00AM-3:00PM:
Retrieval of Gowns from all categories of first degree and diploma graduands.

Monday 28th –Tuesday 29th November
2016 8:00AM-5:00pm:
Retrieval of Gowns.
Venue for all collection and retrieval
of Gowns is behind students’ Centre
(Basement).

Students are required to come along
with 2 photocopies of their Academic Gown receipt.

Please note that any graduand who
keeps the gown beyond 30th
November 2016 will pay a daily fine
N500:00 (five hundred naira) only.
