UNIMEDS 2016/2017 Screening Date And Registration Announced

The management of University of
Medical Sciences,Ondo State
(UNIMEDS) has announced the
screening schedule and registration deadline for the 2016/2017 admission exercise.

Screening Registration Deadline: Registration closes September 30th, 2016.

Screening Date
DAY 1
Faculty of Clinical Sciences, Faculty of Dentistry and Faculty of Basic Medical Sciences - 12th and
13th October, 2016.

DAY 2
Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Faculty of Science and Direct Entry Candidates - 14th October, 2016.
Venue: Venue: MIS Centre, Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo City

All candidates are requested to bring along the following items to the
screening venue:
a) JAMB UTME Original Result Slip.
Registration Slips for Direct-Entry Candidates;
b) Depositor's copy of Bank Teller;
c) Print - out of e-Tranzact payment receipt (collected from Bank)
d) Printed copy of the completed UNIMEDS Admission Screening Exercise Online Registration
Form
e) JAMB Scratch Card
f) WAEC / NECO Scratch Card

iii. Any candidate who fails to present himself/herself for the Admission Screening Exercise will
NOT be considered for admission.
