Mode Of Application
Application fees is Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000 .00) only at all Banks in Offa (commercial banks, microfinance bank and NIPOST).

Applicants are to log on to
www.offahealthtech.com to fill the admission form and to be submitted to the Registrar's Office.

Entrance Examination
The Entrance Examination will be Computer Based Test and will commence on August 1st, 2016.
