WORKERS CHEW COURSE Prospective candidates should possess five 5
credits as in WASCE , NECO, OR GCE O LEVEL at not more than two 2 sittings . The five credit must be in the following subjects;Biology, physics, chemistry, mathematics and English at not more than two sittings.

Retrainee JCHEW; prospective candidates
must be holders of JCHEW certificate with at least two 2 years of post qualification in addition to Ai above and must be registered with CHPRBN.

aii. JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKER JCHEW COURSE
Prospective candidates must posses three 3 credits in WASC , NECO, SSCE, GCE O LEVEL Examination at not more than two 2 sittings.

The three credit must includes; English
language, biology, mathematics and any other two passes which includes (i). anyone of physics, chemistry, geography,food and nutrition and anyone of economics,agriculture,account or commerce.

BI. DIPLOMA IN DISPENSING OPTICIANRY
Prospective candidates should possess four credit passes in WASC, SSCE, NECO,OR GCE O LEVEL Examinations.

CI. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER’S COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess five credit passes in WASC, SSCE,NECO OR GCE OLEVEL Examinations at not more than two 2 sittings or its equivalent as may be approved by EHORECON or WEHAB.

The subjects must include ; English language, Mathematics ,Biology, Chemistry and Physics

CII. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHICIAN COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess three 3 credits and two 2 passes in WAEC , NECO, and GCE OLEVEL or teacher TCII certificate at not more than two sittings .

the three 3 credits and two 2 passes must include the following subjects; English language, Biology,Geography , Physics, Chemistry, Agric, Tech.Drawing and any other subject. Mathematics would be an advantage

CIII. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANTS COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess four passes in WASC,SSCE, and GCE OLEVEL or NECO grade II OR NABTEB certificate at not more than two sittings.

The four 4 passes must include a pass in one 1 science subject,biology/health science, chemistry, nutrition,physics, general science or integrated science
and English language.

DI. HEALTH EDUCATION COURSE
Prospective candidates should possess four credit passes in WASC, SSCE, and GCE OLEVEL or NECO Examinations.

EI. HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN COURSE
Prospective candidates must possess five 5 credit passes in WASC, SSCE, GCE
OLEVEL,NECO or NABTEB Examination or its equivalent, which must includes credit in English language, Biology/Health Science, chemistry/Physics,Mathematics and any one 1 other subject at not more than two 2 sittings

eii. HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT N.D COURSE.
Prospective candidates must possess five 5 credit passes in WASC, SSCE, GCE O LEVEL,NECO or NABTEB Examination or its equivalent, which must includes credit in English language, Biology/Health Science,Chemistry/Physics,Mathematics and anyone other subject at not more than two 2 sittings.

FI. NUTRITION AND DIETETICS
Prospective candidates should possess four 4 credit passes in WASC,SSCE, GCE OLEVEL or NECO examination at not more than two 2 sittings.

The subject must include Chemistry,
Biology/Agric sc. And any other two 2 of the following ; Mathematics , Food and Nutrition,Physics, Econs/Commerce, Health Science,Home Management, English language, Basic catering and Food services At least passes in English language and mathematics are compulsory.

FII. FOOD HYGIENE
Prospective candidates should possess three 3 credits and two 2 passes in WAEC , NECO, and GCE OLEVEL or teacher TCII certificate at not more than two sittings .

GI. MEDICAL LABORATARY TECHNICIAN
COURSE
Prospective candidates must possess five 5 credit passes in WASC, SSCE, GCE
OLEVEL,NECO or NABTEB Examinations, the subjects must include credit in biology,chemistry, English language , mathematics and any other relevant subject, but must have at least a pass in physics.

GII. RETRAINEE MLA ; Prospective candidates must possess Medical Laboratory Assistant certificate with two 2 years post qualification in addition to GI above.

Candidate for medical laboratory Technicians /Assistant; Whose SSCE, NECO, or its equivalent qualification are more than five 5 years by 2017 are not eligible for admission.

HI. PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING COURSE.

HIII. HEALTH TECHNICIANS COURSE
Prospective candidates must posses three 3 credits in WASC , NECO, SSCE, GCE O LEVEL Examination at not more than two 2 sittings.

L DENTAL SURGICAL TECHNICIAN
Prospective candidates must possess Five (5) Credit passes in WASC, SSCE, GCE OLEVEL, or NECO Examinations at not more than two 2 sittings in Mathematics, English, Chemistry,Biology and Physics.

M BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING
Prospective candidates must possess SSCE,NTC, WASC,GCE, NECO with four (4) credit level passes in Mathematics, Physics,Chemistry, Biology and a pass in English at not more than 2 sittings.
