JUTH 2017/2018 Post Basic Intensive Care Nursing Application Forms Out

The Management of the Jos University Teaching Hospital [JUTH] cordially invites applications from qualified candidates for application into the 12 Months Training Programme for Intensive Care Nurses for the 2017/2018 session.

Sales of form commences from 6th February,2017 and closes on 1st April, 2017.

REQUIREMENTS
Applicants raw, registered nurses with at least two (2) years post registration working experience with up to date practicing license.

Applicants must also possess a minimum of five (5) credits. This must include English Language
and Mathematics and three (3) relevant science subjects (Chemistry, Physics, Biol,.) in either WAEC. SSCE. or NECO.

METHOD OF APPLICATION
Forms are obtainable in the office of the Chairman. Medical Advisory Committee at the JUT, Permanent Site, after the payment of non
refundable fee of N7,500.00 (seven thousand,Site hundred naira) only to the hospital account through Remita, http://remita.net payable to University Teaching Hospital Jos and click on sale of form/School fees for ICN School admission form.

SUBMISSION OF FORMS
All the completed application forms are to be submitted in a big brown envelope to the office of the Course Coordinator on or before 21st April
2017 at JUTH permanent Site

SELECTIONS
Only eligible candidates would be shortlisted and allowed to participate in both written/oral examinations. Successful candidates will be
selected after the written and oral interviews on the following days:
Tuesday 9th May, 2017 - Written Examination -
Time: 10.00a.m
Wednesday 10th May, 2016 - Oral Interview -
Time: 9.00am
Venue - Seminar Hall A & B, JUTH Permanent Site.
