The management of University College Hospital, Ibadan has published the registration and documentation guidelines for selected candidates for the 2016/2017 recruitment exercise.
The list contains names of who
participated in the year 2016/17
recruitment process and have been
selected as successful candidate.
Candidates are expected to follow the below protocols accordingly for proper documentation.
PROTOCOL 1
All selected candidates are to report at Medical Laboratory Scientist Education Unit behind FCMI3, University College Hospital from Wednesday 28th to Friday 30th December, 2016.
. All selected candidates are to register for Medical Examination on arrival at the Venue.
. All selected candidates must come
with valid means of identification.
. All selected candidates must report at the venue by 8 am prompt on each day.
PROTOCOL 2
. All selected candidates are to confirm their batch/day for Medical
Examination.
. All selected candidates are to report
at the Staff Medical Service on the date indicated against their name.
. All candidates are to come along with fifteen thousand naira for medical tests (15,000)
. All candidates are to come with
passport photographs
Protocol 3
All selected candidates are to attend a compulsory orrientation programme as scheduled below:

University College Hospital Annex
Opposite UCH Main Gate
Time: 8a.m. daily
All selected candidate with valid
means of identification.
PROTOCOL 4
All selected candidates are to present the underlisted on the day of
Assumption of Duty:
. Original Credentials including Primary Six Certificate, Local Government Identification, Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate (where applicable).
. Two photocopies each of all
Credentials.
